On January 10, 2026, the 11th Iraq Energy Exhibition and Conference was grandly opened at the Baghdad International Exhibition Center in Iraq. As one of the most influential energy industry events in the Middle East, this exhibition attracted over 450 companies from 16 countries and regions around the world.

Iraqi Prime Minister Mohammed Shia' Al-Sudani attended the opening ceremony and delivered a speech, emphasizing the promotion of sustainable development in the energy sector through expanded international cooperation, with a focus on renewable energy and energy storage system construction to address the electricity shortage dilemma. jssolar showcased its core new energy products and integrated solutions at the exhibition, accurately aligning with Iraq's energy transition needs and seeking green cooperation opportunities with global industry partners.
This exhibition focused on six core areas: photovoltaic power generation, energy storage systems, smart grids, green hydrogen, and more, directly addressing the pain points of Iraq's energy industry transformation. It is understood that Iraq is accelerating the upgrade of its energy structure, planning to construct large-scale solar power plants with a total capacity of 3GW and supporting energy storage systems, while simultaneously advancing the modernization of the power grid to alleviate the long-standing electricity supply shortage.

In response to this market demand, jssolar prominently displayed high-efficiency photovoltaic modules, large-capacity energy storage battery packs, and smart microgrid control systems at its booth, as well as an integrated "photovoltaic + energy storage" solution suitable for Iraq's high-temperature and arid environment. Its products boast advantages such as high-temperature resistance, high stability, and low operation and maintenance costs, precisely matching the actual needs of local large-scale photovoltaic power plant construction and distributed energy projects, attracting widespread attention from attendees and company representatives.
During the exhibition, the jssolar team engaged in in-depth discussions with officials from the Iraqi Ministry of Electricity and the Ministry of Energy, as well as representatives from local core energy companies and international new energy giants. Focusing on key topics such as the planning of photovoltaic power plant construction in Iraq, the supporting needs of energy storage systems, and the intelligent transformation of the power grid, jssolar proposed a cooperation model of "one-stop new energy solutions + localized operation and maintenance services," covering the entire process from project design, equipment supply, installation and commissioning to post-operation and maintenance, which received high recognition from many participants.

It is reported that the 2026 Iraq Energy Exhibition lasted for three days and included multiple new energy-themed summit forums, interpreting local energy transition policies and sharing cutting-edge technology application cases in photovoltaic energy storage, providing a core platform for technical exchange and business cooperation for global new energy companies. jssolar's appearance not only fully showcased the technical strength and product competitiveness of Chinese new energy companies but also highlighted its strategic determination to enter the Middle East new energy market.
